Process & Timeline

Mentorship from Experts: Teams will be mentored by Qimpro^® Certified Qualitists, offering expert guidance throughout the project.
Improved Institutional Health: By reducing the COPQ, your institution will experience recurring savings, improving overall operational efficiency and financial health.
Enhanced Employability: Students who participate in these projects gain practical and structured problem solving skills, making them more employable and deployable.
Recognition & Prestige: The 5 Project Teams will have the chance to compete for the QualTech^® Prize – Education, an open competition for institutions, organized by Qimpro^® Foundation, recognizing team excellence in education process improvement.

Hands-on Experience: Students get the opportunity to apply structured problem solving methodologies to real-world challenges within their institution.
Certification: Each member of the 5 Project Teams will receive a Certificate of Achievement jointly from Qimpro® Foundation and CAHO, acknowledging their contribution to structured problem solving and project execution.
Enhanced Employability: Participants will gain valuable problem solving expertise that enhances their employability and readiness for future careers in a wide range of industries. Problem solving will be more a common claim on students’ resumes.
Recognition: Project teams may be publicly recognized at QualTech^® Prize – Education, for their contributions to enhancing institutional processes, boosting students’ academic and professional profiles.
Professional Growth: All Team Members who complete the digital course will be invited to serve as Junior Assessors, encouraging further development on the path to becoming a Qimpro^® Certified Qualitists.

QualTech^® Prize – Education is designed for students only.
Students from any academic stream are eligible to participate.
The student must have successfully completed High School (Class 12) or an equivalent qualification.
Each student is required to complete the learning phase of the project individually.
Implementation will be done as teams of 5 student.
Registration validity is 90 days from the date of registration to the project submission.
A student can be part of only one team for the competition.
Each team can submit only one project.
The submission deadline will not be extended.
All submissions must be in English.

Participation Fee:
Rs 25,000 per Institution

The fee includes:

Registration of 5 teams
26 logins for the Problem Solving Pro digital course
Additional logins will be available at a concessional fee for students.

Appreciation Donation:

An appreciation donation to Qimpro® Foundation, based on the COPQ savings achieved by the 5 project teams is encouraged.
Donation are entitled to tax benefits under Section 80G.
