Over these three decades, thousands of Leaders, Managers, and Engineers in Manufacturing, Services, Education, and Healthcare, have acquired in depth, but scattered, knowledge on Quality Management and Performance Excellence, through Qimpro; in India, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, UAE, Pakistan, Kuwait, and Kenya.

We now need to formalize this scattered knowledge in individuals, into professional qualifications. A convenient option for formalizing experience into a qualification is Qimpro Certified Qualitist (QCQ).

Effective 1 September 2021, the updated criteria for awarding a QCQ Level are:

• Level 1 - The candidate is familiar with relevant Quality Management Systems; is adept at using Quality Control Tools as well as Quality Improvement Tools; and is new to formal Quality Management and/or Performance Excellence
• Level 2 - The candidate has at least 5 years solid work experience in Quality Management and/or Performance Excellence; and has supporting professional qualifications. Further, the candidate has actively participated in building the Education and Training Infrastructure for Quality Management and/or Performance Excellence in his/her organization.
• Level 3 - The candidate has at least 10 years solid work experience in Quality Management and/or Performance Excellence; has supporting professional qualifications; and has Trained / Consulted / Presented / Authored-Articles on Quality Management and/or Performance Excellence. In addition, the candidate has contributed to the global Body of Knowledge through authoring books and case studies on Quality Management and/or Performance Excellence and has earned accolades for the same.

A formal committee, chaired by our founder, Suresh Lulla, will review applications and arrive at a consensus for each applicant’s maturity level, based on the submitted profile.

• Submit your application form along with relevant evidence documents. It may include professional qualifications/ certifications, educational qualifications, honours, published papers/articles, trainings conducted etc.
• Complete the payment formality
• The committee will evaluate each submitted application and arrive at a consensus rating (there are 3 levels) for each applicant.
• Thereafter, Qimpro will issue a digital badge and certificate that you can share on social media.
