Capability Building (2 Months):
- Registration limited to 50 HCOs
- Participation fee payment
- Problem Solving Pro access for 10 participants per hospital
- Four structured online training sessions delivered chapter-by-chapter
- Facilitated project-working sessions during the learning phase
Results Consolidation (4 Months):
- Teams implement solutions on-ground
- Appointed facilitators have 4 check-ins with the teams
- Results measured, validated, and updated
- Project submission using an online structured template
- Projects become eligible for QualTech® Healthcare - a national-level competition
Assessment & Recognition (2 Months):
- Submitted projects entered for QualTech® Healthcare
- Projects assessed by Qimpro® Certified Qualitists
- Backend scoring and evaluation
- Top 20 projects shortlisted
- Platform presentations by shortlisted teams
- Selection of 1 Winner and 2 Runners-Up
- Felicitation ceremony

Process & Timeline
Program Launch
Official start of the QualTech® Rx improvement pathway. Teams from healthcare organisations enrol and are briefed on the structured problem-solving framework.
Registration Deadline
Final date to register your hospital and project. INR 5,000 per project entry. All registrations confirmed by this date proceed to the facilitation sessions
Online Session (Problem Definition)
Teams learn to frame the chronic problem precisely — scoping the process, establishing baselines, and defining the gap between current and desired performance.
Online Session — Problem Diagnosis
Root cause analysis in action. Teams investigate data, identify the vital few causes driving the problem, and validate findings before moving to solutions.
Online Session (Problem Remedy)
Teams design and pilot targeted interventions, measure impact against the baseline, and build the case that the remedy addresses the root causes identified.
Online Session — Locking Improvements
The final facilitation session. Teams establish control mechanisms, standard operating procedures, and handover plans to sustain gains beyond the project.

Participation Fee: INR 25,000 per HCO
20% discount on payments received by 30 June 2026
Includes:- Two project entries for virtual facilitation
- 10 Problem Solving Pro logins for self-directed learning

- A Project Report validated by Qimpro®
- A Certificate of Merit to all team members jointly issued by Qimpro® and CAHO

Excludes:- Additional Problem Solving Pro logins (INR 10,000 less 80%)

- Travel, accommodation, and local conveyance for finalist presentations in Mumbai and the felicitation ceremony at CAHOCON
- On-ground implementation costs within the HCO
- Data collection, testing, or measurement tools required for project work
- Any other costs personal to the participant or the HCO not explicitly listed under inclusions
