PROGRESSION

The Junior Qualitist® accreditation is structured in three tiers to encourage continuous professional development:

Level 1 – Explorer:

Registration Fee: INR 1,000 per student

Eligibility: Completion of Class 12

Participants complete a structured digital course on Problem Solving, followed by an assessment. Retakes are encouraged to ensure conceptual clarity and mastery. Minimum score required is 70%.

Level 2 – Implementer:

Registration Fee: INR 5,000 per team (5 pax)

Eligibility: Level 1 Junior Qualitist^® + QualTech^® Project

Participants work in five-member teams to apply the Structured Problem Solving methodology to address a real institutional problem under the mentorship of a Qimpro^® Certified Qualitist^®.

Level 3 – Champion:

Registration: INR 1,500 per student

Eligibility: Level 2 Junior Qualitist^® + bachelor’s degree + two Internships

Participants demonstrate professional maturity by transitioning from learner to junior mentor through active participation in guided discussions, peer learning, and knowledge-sharing within the Junior Qualitist^® Community.

VALIDITY

The Junior Qualitist® certification carries lifetime validity.
It remains an active credential until the individual advances to the Qimpro® Certified Qualitist^® program (Levels 1–3) during their professional career.
