Progression & Fee

The Junior Qualitist® credential is structured in three tiers to encourage continuous professional development:

Explorer

Each student independently completes the Problem Solving Pro digital course and clears an assessment with a minimum score of 70%. Retakes are encouraged to ensure genuine mastery of the Structured Problem Solving methodology.

On securing a minimum score, the student earns the Junior Qualitist® Level 1 credential and is eligible to join a QualTech® project team.

Students register and pay for Level 1 individually.
Registration Fee: INR 1,000 per student.
Eligibility: Completion of Class 12.

Implementer

Level 1 Junior Qualitists® form 5-member teams and apply the structured methodology to a real institutional problem, under the mentorship of a Qimpro® Certified Qualitist®. Projects are submitted for QualTech® Education for expert evaluation by Qimpro's expert panel.

Each team member earns the Junior Qualitist® Level 2 credential and gains access to the Junior Qualitist® Community.

Institute sponsors Level 2 for five teams.
Registration Fee: INR 5,000 (per team of 5 students)
Eligibility: Junior Qualitist® Level 1.

Champion

Level 2 Junior Qualitists® who are active members of the Junior Qualitist® Community may opt for Level 3. Active and relevant participation in analytical and diagnostic challenges, weekly competitions, and knowledge-sharing.

An opportunity to assist a Qimpro® Mentor as a Student Guide can be converted into a Junior Qualitist® Level 3 credential.

Level 3 is an individual choice.
Registration Fee: INR 1,500 per student.
Eligibility: Junior Qualitist® Level 2 + bachelor's degree + 2 internships.

Validity

The Junior Qualitist® certification carries lifetime validity.
It remains an active credential until the individual advances to the Qimpro® Certified Qualitist^® programme (Levels 1–3) during their professional career.
