PROGRESSION
Capability Building (3 Months):
- Registration limited to 50 HCOs
- Participation fee payment
- Problem Solving Pro access for 10 participants per hospital
- Five structured online training sessions delivered chapter-by-chapter
- Facilitated project-working sessions during the learning phase
- Project submission using an online structured template
Results Consolidation (5 Months):
- Teams implement solutions on-ground
- Results measured, validated, and updated
- Projects become eligible for QualTech Healthcare
Assessment & Recognition:
- Interested HCOs register projects for a national-level competition (Rs 5,000 per project)
- Projects assessed by Qimpro® Certified Qualitists
- Backend scoring and evaluation
- Top 20 projects shortlisted
- Platform presentations by shortlisted teams
- Selection of 1 Winner and 2 Runners-Up in each category
- Felicitation ceremony
- Publication of finalist projects in CAHO’s quarterly magazine with the Qimpro® Seal of Excellence
